So I was talking to Derrick about wedding vows about a week ago. He comes out with with this off the top of his head:


"You are the healer to my tank; soon we will have little dps- I will protect them and you from the world and you will heal their wounds and mine while we wreak havoc on our enemies!"


Or something to that effect. Anyway, It stuck in my head, and I've been meaning to make a wedding pic anyway... =p

Our wedding theme is "Dragon and Phoenix" hence my Phoenix staff and his Dragon shield. [The wedding colors are red, white, and gold] Also, in most rpgs/mmos, there is some sort of slime creature you kill in the beginning, or get as a vanity pet. So the doggies got turned into slimes...which made for an interesting "gelatin fur" conversation I had with a few people while working on this... <.<

Time: 3 days
Medium: Illustrator for the lineart, Photoshop for color

P.S: My inner geek loves the vows. :giggle:

P.S.2: 'dps' is an abbreviation for "damage per second" but is regularly used to refer to a character class that does nothing but damage. A "healer" is someone who heals the party while a "tank" has the job of distracting and taunting the monster while the rest of the party takes it down. The 'tank' is built to withstand a lot of damage for just this purpose.

I think it got brought up briefly, but there was so much conversation flying around that I'm not sure who I said it to! =p We're getting married this weekend, so I'm here hand writing favor tags and printing out programs. Yay for DiY!
