Basically, :icondariannox:, :iconrendia: and I were taking a trip to the beach late yesterday afternoon to celebrate my trial finally being over.
We were driving along, having a good time [:iconrendia: was driving and we were in her Honda Civic] listening to music; I was taking pics of the surrounding hillsides as we were going up the little 2 lane backroad that connects to PCH [Pacific Coast Hwy].
We round a corner coming down a hill, when all of a sudden this little black car jumps out from one of the side streets right in front of us as if it's going to try and beat us to the turn. BUT IT STOPS DEAD IN THE ROAD. We have no time to swerve, to brake, NOTHING. We hit it head on.
I hear a scream as I regain consciousness. The engine is revving like crazy although Rendia has already gotten out of the car. I hear Darian in the backseat yelling "GETOUTGETOUTGETOUT!", so I hazily undo my seatbelt, feel someone tug on me faintly, and flop out of the car with my messenger bag around my leg. For some reason, I look up and see my sister standing there briefly, and then someone helps me over to the curb. We all made it out, miraculously.

I hope so., The Sheriff and our 3 witnesses all say it was the other driver's fault. Which it should be! >_<

Oh my gosh. That's terrible. Fucking asshole. Did the person get arrested or anything like that? I do hope so. Then you can sue and such and they can get their asses taught a lesson. Ugh, reminds me of all the drivers that keep almost hitting MY side of the car....I wish assholes would really watch where they were going! ><

OH MY GOD!!! I'm so glad you survived... that must have been terrifying... Jeez people need to be careful. I hope your injuries heal quickly and that the person learns thier lesson....
