Hee hee...I do this every day at work, exact same dialogue, 70-100 times a day for 8 hours.
My question would be, why doesn't anyone read the return policy, or the trouble shooting tips on the invoice?
Nah, they just like to call in, scream " fuck you!" And hang up, because, they really weren't using the 5 minutes it took them to do that for anything useful anyway. (the f-you scenario really happened today. And then they called back, and did it to someone else.)
See? Collective IQ of 15, and dropping. ^^;

LOL! That sounds likes my job only I explain that the Dr. is not coming to the phone period ect, or "It can't possibly be Smallpox" or "No, we will not refill your pain medications. You just got 30 last week." Ect.... @_@;;;;;;;;
